We are Richmond natives who have been helping families buy and sell homes for 28 years. In those 28 years, we have sold over one thousand properties. We have a knack for finding the perfect home and make it our priority to be there every step of the way. Nine years after entering real estate, we began renovating and flipping homes. Something we quickly realized was a passion of ours.
Through our renovating years, we taught ourselves how to take a vision and turn it into reality and a home someone would love. Through countless projects, we became builders. With our stubborn need to know how to do everything on our own, our DIY fixer-uppers became a business. We then began developing neighborhoods. Through our business partnerships with builders, we created our visions from pen and paper to standing homes. As we continued to learn the ins and outs of construction together, we obtained our contracting license in 2008. With that, we built our family home in Manakin-Sabot. After years of creating dream homes for others, we finally drew out our own and built it from the ground up. Every window, the wide foyer full of light, the glass enclosure leading to the in-law suite. Everything created the way we envisioned.
Years later, after our children left the nest, we moved to the Northside of Richmond. There we found a beautiful home we fell in love with. Together, we took the historical integrity of the home and renovated it to the best it could be. Accentuating the homes authentic beauty and adding our personal touch. Each detail of our experience and knowledge of homes we have done together while we created our own life together.
